The Boodles Story

The skill, creativity and craftsmanship of jewellery on display in this exquisite exhibition is of the highest quality, resonating with the craftsmanship shown in the collection of the Lady Lever Art Gallery which celebrates its 100 year anniversary in December 2022. PURE BRILLIANCE - THE BOODLES STORY will showcase the jewellery brand’s 200 year story and show how Liverpool has helped shape the company’s growth from a family jewellery business to purveyors of some of the most stunning jewels in the world

On arrival there was time to visit the exhibition before being welcomed in the South Sculpture Rotunda with a glass of champagne. A 3 course dinner was served in the magnificent surroundings of the Main Hall after which Nicholas Wainwright, Chairman talked about the company’s rise from Boodle & Dunthorne, city jeweller to Boodles, the pinnacle of high-end jewellery design and manufacture.
